If you are an INTERNAL Scania user and cannot login,
Order Access through Scania Now or change XDS password in IGA if you already have access.
If you are an EXTERNAL Supplier:
Use the same login credentials as you have for the portal to the Embasy application but remove the @scaniaweb.com part.
If you need a password reset, please update it via link “Forgot your password/Password Self Service”.
Or contact supplier_portal.helpdesk@scania.com
Add an address or MH number, please contact your Scania Packaging Engineer or Material Planner.
If you can’t create an order, please contact packaging.planning@scania.com
If you lack an address to order to please contact packaging.planning@scania.com for help.
