General User Guide
When lifting the plastic pallets the forks should have a tilt of 15 degrees or higher to ensure the units does not slide off the forks. This is aimed to have the units leaning towards the carriage or backrest of the forklift. (Do not tilt in the opposite direction while lifting.)
It is not allowed to push the pallet. The pallet and especially the sleeve breaks if you push it with fork lift forks. Lift the pallet to move it.
Store under roof (there is a risk that the units get filled with water or labels damaged by the moisture).
When loading combined with wood and steel pallets you shall put the plastic pallets on top.
Labelling
Labels should be inserted into the label holders of the pallet. No glue or similar required.
It is not allowed to use staples or nails under any circumstances.
The label needs to be heavier than the ones normally used for wooden packaging to not blow away. This will be specified in more detail later on.
Euro Sized Plastic Pallets
Scania Euro Sized standard plastic pallets must not contain more than 650 kg. This weight is also the racking limitation.
Stackability 1+2.
This weight limit is not allowed to be broken even if the packaging instruction for the part states something different. This is a limit from a safety perspective and thus it overrides other instructions.
