Scania will upgrade to CATIA V5-R2020 SP3 (also known as R30).

Scania will upgrade the engineering platform to CATIA V5-R2020 SP3 (also known as R30) on the 7th of May 2021.

After this date, Scania will only exchange CAD data based on this release, and it is highly recommended that suppliers upgrade to the same version.

Suppliers on a lower level of CATIA V5, choosing not to upgrade, will not be able to use native CATIA V5 files that are sent from Scania, both 3D models and drawings.
