When will we go-live with the new EDI and label setup?
Once you have successfully completed the development and testing of new EDI messages versions and the GTL, and have been approved by Scania, you will receive an email from supplier.readiness@scania.com with more information regarding your Go-Live date and additional details. Please use the old formats and set-up until you have received a confirmed go-live date from Scania.
Which solutions do we need to use after go-live?
If you are live with the new set-up for SAP flow: If you have successfully completed the development and testing of new EDI message versions and the GTL for SAP flow, and have been approved and received go-live confirmation from Scania, you need to comply with the flows below.

If you are live with the new set-up for Translator flow: If you have successfully completed the development and testing of new EDI message versions and the GTL for Translator flow, and have been approved and received go-live confirmation from Scania, you need to comply with the flows below.

If you are live with the new set-up for SAP flow and Translator flow: If you have successfully completed the development and testing of new EDI message versions and the GTL for both SAP flow and Legacy flow, and have been approved and received go-live confirmation from Scania, you need to comply with the flows below.

What happens if we have not completed the development and testing of new EDI message versions and the GTL and we receive call-offs from Scania units NL01 or NL02?
You will not be able to receive call-offs form NL01 or NL02 via EDI and are required to comply with the interim solutions outlined below. We urge you to complete all necessary onboarding activities as quickly as possible.
