During Q1 2026 Scania CV AB and TRATON AB will launch SAP Fieldglass solution supported by an MSP​ (Managed Service Provider). The scope of the first phase is Contingent white collar consultants and in the second phase Scania CV AB and TRATON AB aim to add Statement of Work ​

By using SAP Fieldglass, the following changes is applicable for new Contingent assignments for white collar workers ​

• Request of Job postings (requests) will be sent from system to frame agreement suppliers​
• Active and new assignments will be managed in the system ​
• Time reporting will be managed in the new system and be source for invoicing​

Invoices​

The invoicing process will not be changed – the current process will be continued

The Contingent invoices must be based on the latest approved timesheet in SAP Fieldglass​
