Translation Of Documents

NQC portal supplierassurance.com accepts six different languages for the documents in the Self Assessment Questionnaire which are English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese (Mandarin), Italian and Japanese. If your original documents are in another language, please follow these steps:

1. Translation via Google Translate, DeepL is enough. No paid translation is required.
2. Make sure to check if the intended general meaning comes out the same as the original document after translation.
3. A summary is accepted as long as the expectations of the questions in the SAQ are fulfilled.​
4. Company logo/name must be present.​
