Troubleshooting steps for NILE Application
If you experience any issues after the latest update, please
try the following steps before reporting the issue:
- Sign out of the NILE application and sign in again
- Clear your browser cookies and cache
(Login/Cookie Issue user manual on
Supplier Portal Nile Home Page) - Perform a hard reload of the page:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + R
If you receive a 401 Authorization Required error:
- Open a new browser tab and try accessing
the application again - Try opening the application in:
- Incognito mode (Google Chrome)
- InPrivate mode (Microsoft Edge)
