Troubleshooting steps for NILE Application
If you experience any issues after the latest update, please
try the following steps before reporting the issue:

• Sign out of the NILE application and sign in again
• Clear your browser cookies and cache
  (Login/Cookie Issue user manual on
  Supplier Portal Nile Home Page)
• Perform a hard reload of the page:
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + R

If you receive a 401 Authorization Required error:

• Open a new browser tab and try accessing
  the application again
• Try opening the application in:
  • Incognito mode (Google Chrome)
  • InPrivate mode (Microsoft Edge)
